Chelsea gets people.  And people get her. 

In the third grade, her entrepreneurial spirit was born when she ran a successful business selling gum to other kids in school.  Stocked with all the popular flavors and a cash box to make change, she was able to turn a nice profit.  But it was her fun connection with the other kids that really helped seal the deal.  And it is that very spirit and connection to people which motivated her to start her own business.

Chelsea understands the concept of different faces for different spaces.  So, she’s able to deliver for a corporate environment in Fortune 500 companies or in the casual atmosphere of a creative company or small business.  Her specialties include talent acquisition & selection; university partnership & student programs; talent & organizational development; career coaching for employees & leaders; outplacement; employee engagement; and overall HR business partnering.

Red Envelope has worked with a variety of industries and types of businesses, but for Chelsea – it’s all about the people.
